Online Counseling Across Arkansas:
Secure virtual sessions make it easy to fit counseling into your schedule, no matter where you are in the state of Arkansas.

Evidence-Based Approaches to Strengthen Your Relationship:
I love using
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to improve communication, resolve conflict, and deepen emotional connection.

Premarital Counseling with SYMBIS Assessment (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts):
As a
certified SYMBIS facilitator, I guide couples through up to 8 sessions (50 minutes each) covering areas like:

  • Communication

  • Money and financial expectations

  • Personality differences

  • Intimacy

  • Building a strong foundation for a lasting marriage

Faith-Integrated Counseling:
Sessions are offered from a
Christian worldview, where faith exploration is welcome but never required.
